Paneer kaleji


Prep time:-15 minutes

cooking time:-20 minutes to 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

150 gram paneer

1 chopped onion

1 chopped tomato

1 beetroot chopped into thin pieces

7-8 garlic 

1 teaspoon ginger , green chili pest

7-8 cashew nuts

2-3 dry cayenne

2 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh cream

1/2 teaspoon black paper

1/4 turmeric powder

salt according to taste

2-3 teaspoon oil

water as required


INSTRUCTIONS


Cut the paneer into square pieces and add 2 teaspoon of soy sauce and let it        rest for 30 minutes.


2  Now, heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan and then add finely chopped onion, tomato, cayenne, beetroots, cashew nuts, garlic and let it simmer for 2 minutes.


3  After cooling, put it in a mixer jar and grained in very small powder.


4  Put oil in a pan and heat it and add chopped onion, tomato, cashew nuts, garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes. 


5  Now add all the dry spices keep for 2 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of cream and mix.


6  Add 1/2 cup water and salt to taste and cover and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.


7  After 5-6 minutes, remove the lid, and add chopped coriander and mix.


8  Put pieces of paneer in it and let it cool for 2-3 minutes and turn off the gas.


9  Enjoy it with hot roti, paratha, rice or pav garnished with coriander in a serving ball.
