Types of coffee as you go around the world. There are 30 types off  coffee in the world. However, these are only the most popular ones. As already said, there are so many variations, flavors, aromas, and additives that it would take more than a lifetime to taste them all.


Types of coffee:-

1  Arabica coffee



Coffee arabica, also known as the Arabian Coffee, "coffee shrub of Arabia", "Mountain coffee" or "arabica coffee"' is a species of coffea. It is believed to be the first species of coffee to be cultivated, and is the dominant cultivar, representing about 60% of global production. The spheres were consumed for the same reason that coffee is consumed today.as a stimulant. The plant species coffea Arabica got its named around the 7th century when the bean crossed the red sea from Ethiopia to present-day yemen and lower Arabia, hence the term "arabica".

2  Robusta coffee 

 


Coffea Canephora, commonly known as Robusta coffee, is a species of coffee that has its originin central and western sub-saharan Africa. It is a species of flowering plant in the family Rubiaceae. Robusta coffee is coffee made from beans of the plant coffea canephora, a study species with low acidity and high bitterness...Canephora beans, widely known by the synonym coffea Robusta, are used primarily in instant coffee, espresso, and as a filler in ground coffee blends.

The strength of an Americano varies with the number of shots of espresso and the amount of water added. 7  Espresso coffee



Espresso is a concentrated form of coffee served in small, strong shot and is the base of  Many Coffee drinks. It's made from the same beans as coffee but is stronger, thicker, and higher in caffeine. However, because Espresso is typically served in smaller servings than coffee. It has less caffeine per serving. Espresso is the purest distillation of the coffee bean... But Espresso, the Italian word for "fast" taken only 45 second !


8  Doppio coffee

Doppio espresso is a double shot, extracted using a double coffee filter in the portafilter. This results in 60 ml of drink, double the amount of a single shot espresso. More commonly called a standard double, it is a standard in judging the espresso quality in barista competitions. .Doppio is Italian multiplier. meaning "double" but doppio espresso doesn't exit in Italy. A double shots uses 14g of coffee and produces around 60 ml of espresso.


9  Cortado coffee


A cortado is a beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized" as in many Italian coffee drinks. Cortado is more similar to less- foamy cappuccino than an espresso macchiato... this is a single espresso shot in a macchiato glass. Which is than filed with steamed milk in the same fashion as a caffe latte. 


10  Red Eye coffee


A Red Eye is drink that consist of brewed coffee topped off  with a shot of espresso. Before double shots became the standard espresso pull, a red eye usually contained one shot while a "Black Eye" had two shots. A "Red Eye Coffee" combines one shot of espresso with normal drip coffee. Depending on What par of the country you live in...


11  Galao coffee




Galao coffee is a hot drink from portugal  made of espresso and foamed milk. Similar to caffe latte or cafe au lait, it consists of about one quarter coffee and three quarters foamed milk. it is served in a tall glass, as opposed to the smaller garoto that is served in a demitasse. When the proportion is 1:1 it is called meia de leite (half of milk) and it comes in a cup.

Lungo (Italian for "long") is a coffee beverage made by using an espresso machine to make an Italian- style coffee_ short black ( a single espresso shot) with much more water (generally twice as much), resulting in a larger coffee, a lungo. Usually, a shot of espresso is pulled using about 30 ml of water for 18 to 30 seconds. On the other hand, a lungo uses double the amount of water... once it's in the glass, a lungo roughly the size of doppio, or double shot of espresso.


13  Macchiato coffee


Caffe macchiato, sometimes called espresso macchiato, is an espresso coffee drink with a small amount of milk, usually foamed. in Italian, macchiato means "stained " or "spotted" so the literal translation of caffe macchiato is "stained" or "marked coffee" .Compared to other espresso based drinks, the macchiato tips the espresso to milk scale the furthest towords espresso. This drink is prepared by first pulling a shot of espresso, as normal.


14  Mocha coffee


A caffe mocha, also called mocaccino, is a chocolate - flavoured  variant of a caffe latte. other commonly used spellings are mochaccino and also mochachino. the name is derived from the city of mocha, yemen, which was one of the centers of early coffee trade. like a caffe latte mocha is based on espresso and hot milk but with added chocolate flavouring and sweetener, typically in the form of cocoa powder and sugar.


15  Ristretto coffee


Ristretto is a "short shot" of a more highly concentrated  espresso coffee. it is made with the same amount of ground coffee, but extracted with a finer grind using half as much water. A normal short shot might look like a Ristretto, but in reality, would only be a weaker, more diluted, shot. A Ristretto is a restricted," shorter" version of an espresso: it uses less water and so makes a smaller drink.
