Pancake is a flat, thin and round made from a starch based batter that may contain egg, milk, butter and cook on a hot frying pan, often frying with oil or butter. once a day some suggest that otzi the iceman was eating einkorn wheat in an early, short of flatbread form, most food historians say that the earliest pancake-like dish, known as alita dolcia was made by romans in the 1st century CE from milk, flour, egg and spices.
Pancake contain a slightly salty taste. It's not about the sweetness so much. We eat pancake for enjoying. In addition, when a pancake is occasionally served as a desert, topping such as ice-cream, chocolate syrup, and various fruits are used. The thick batter contain eggs, flour milk, and a leaving agent such as baking powder.
Eat egg, beans, veggies, and nuts will help you load up on more protein. pancake is a quick breakfast option, bread and muffles lack in fiber content and are high in carbohydrates that could be making you gain weight.
PANCAKS:-
1. Blueberry buttermilk pancake
Ingredients:-
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup blueberries
2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 lemon
vegetable oil
butter, maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:-
1. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar in a large bowl. toss blueberries with 2 tablespoon flour mixture in a medium bowl and set aside.
2. Make a well in the center of remaining flour mixture and add buttermilk, egg, lemon zest. whisk together, flour mixture, mixing just until combined. fold in blueberries. let batter stand 10 minutes.
3. Preheat a pan, brush griddle with oil and 1/3 batter per pancake onto griddle. when bubbles appear across surface of pancake, flip and continue cooking until pancake are golden brown on the second side.
4. Serve with butter and maple syrup, then continue with the rest of the batter.
2. Pumpkin spice pancake
Ingredients:-
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
butter
Directions:-
1. Mix the flour, sugar, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl, add milk and egg to the dry ingredients. using a frok, whisk to combine, making sure not to over mix.
2. Heat the camo stove over medium low heat. add a teaspoon of butter, ghee, or oil to the skillet and swirl to coat the pan. pour 1/2 cup of the pancake batter into the center of the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the top begins to bubble and the sides are set. Flip the pancake and cook other side until golden.
3. Serve it with maple syrup.
3. Apple spice pancake
Ingredients:-
3 small apples
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
apple cider syrup
Directions:-
1. Cut apple into thin slices, and toss with sugar and apple pie spice. pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot buttered griddle, and gently place 4 to 5 apple slices on each pancakes.
2. cook all pancakes until golden brown both of side.
3. now, its ready for serve. serve it with apple cider syrup.
4. Brownie Batter Pancake
Ingredients:-
1/4 cup white flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 tablespoon sweetener of choice
salt
11/2 tablespoon applesauce or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4-5 tablespoon milk
Directions:-
1. Preheat pan on medium high heat, In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix and pancakes mix.
2. Add in the eggs and milk, and stir until just combined. using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop pancake batter onto preheat grilled.
3. Allow to cook until pancake has bubble across the top. flip and cook another side until golden brown.
4. Top pancake with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and sprinkle of fresh fruit as desired.
5. Cream cheese pancake
Ingredients:-
2 eggs
2 softened cream cheese
1 packet stevia
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:-
1. Mix egg, cream cheese, stevia, and cinnamon in blender, blend until smooth. Let batter sit until bubbles settle, about 2 minutes.
2. Heat the pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter onto the skillet. cook until golden brown about 2 minutes.
3. Flip and continue cooking until second side is golden brown, about 1 more minute. repeat with remaining batter.
4. serve it with maple syrup.
