A chocolate Brownie or simply a brownie is a square or rectangle chocolate baked confection. Brownie come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey,  depending on their density. They may include nuts, frosting, cream cheese, chocolate chips, or other ingredients. It's believed that baked food are a source of happiness, hence, they help in beating depression. The taste of these food is soothing and comforting. Baked goods contain chocolate and cocoa which greatly assist in maintaining blood pressure.

The first use of the word brownie to describe  a dessert appeared in the 1896 version of the Boston cooking school cook book by Fannie farmer, in reference to molasses cakes baked individually in tin molds. In either case you're taking in too much calories, too much fat, and too much sugar in a relatively short period. The decision about which is worse come down to how it affects your eating habits.

1. Kit Kat stuffed brownie



Ingredient:-

Cooking spray for pan

Kit Kat bars

1\2 cup soft butter

1 block cream cheese

2 1/2 cup powders sugar

Cocoa powder

Vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt


Direction:-

1. Preheat the oven baking dish with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. 

2. Prepare Brownie batter according to package instructions and pour half into prepared pan . Lightly press kit Kat bars into brownie batter, and top with remaining batter.

3. Bake until the toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely in the pan.

4. Make frosting:-  in a large bowl using an electric hand mixer, beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth.  

5. Now, add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt and beat until combined and smooth. Spread in an even layer over brownies. 

6. Chop remaining kit Kat bars and sprinkle over brownies. Cut into squares and serve.


2. Chocolate covered strawberries brownie



Ingredient:-

Butter

Sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Sweet chocolate

Heavy cream

Strawberries halved


Direction:-

1. Preheat the oven. Butter pan line with baking pepper and put aside.

2. melt butter in a saucepan. remove from the heat and add in chocolate chips when it's still hot. Mix until smooth.

3. Add in sugar and mix well. Now, add eggs, one at a time and mix well.

4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl. Mix untill combined. Sift in flor and salt. Using a spatula, stir until combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30_35 minutes let it cool completely.

6. When it cool completely slice the strawberry in halves and place them on top of the brownie. Put the slice parts down on the brownie.

7. Heat heavy cream in a bowl over simmering water, add in a chocolate chips and let it melt. Pour it over strawberries let it cool in the refrigerator nfor about 30 minutes or until the ganache is set.


3. Fudgy Paleo brownie



Ingredient:-

Cooking spray

Cocoa powder

Almond flour

Baking soda

Salt

Butter

Coconut sugar

Honey

Olive oil

2 large oil

Vanilla extract


Direction:-

1. Preheat the oven and line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. 

2. In a large bowl, whisk cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, honey, oil , eggs and vanilla extract untill smooth.

3. Pour into prepared pan and baked until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean 22 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with sea salt then let cool slightly before serving.


4. Cream cheese swirl brownie



Ingredient:-

Cream cheese softened

Sugar

All purpose flour

Egg

Vanilla extract

Chocolate chips


Direction:-

1. Heat the oven grease bottom of square pan with shortening or cooking spray. In a bowl mix cream cheese and sugar with spoon until smooth. Add flour, egg and vanilla mix well set aside.

2. Make brownie batter add reserved egg yolk. Reserve 1/2 cup brownie batter set aside spread remaining batter  in pan . Draw knife through mixture in lines. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

3. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted be inch from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool 30 minutes on cooling rack. refrigerated at least 1 hour until chilled. Cut into rows and store covered in refrigerator.


5. Ice cream sundae brownie



Ingredient

1 box brownie mix

1/2 cup canola oil

2 eggs

Vanilla ice cream

Chocolate chips

Hot fudge chilled or softened


Direction:-

1. Preheat the oven and line baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl mix the brownie mix 2 egg and oil until combined and thick. Scoop in ice cream , chocolate chips and hot fudge . Mix until combined. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes clean form center.

3. Let cool completely removed parchment paper from baking dish, cut into squares and serve it.
