Pizza isa savory dish of Italian. It is a origin consisting of a usually round, flatted base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients which is then baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a oven. sometimes, a small pizza called a pizzetta. Pizza cheese encompasses several varieties and types of cheese and dairy products that are designed and manufactured for use specially on pizza. This include processed and modified cheese such as mozzarella like processed cheseses and mozzarella variants.

The word pizza was documented in A.D. 997 in Gaeta and successively in different  parts of central and southern Italy. Pizza was mainly eaten in Italy. this changed after world war when allied troops stationed in Italy with other Italian foods. Pizza became most popular in America after soldiers stationed in Italy returned from world war. during the latter half of the 20th century. Pizza became a iconic dish in united states. The American slag term za can also refer to pizza. 

1. Margherita Pizza



Margherita pizza is a Neapolitan pizza. It is made with san marzano tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Originally, It is made with di latte rather than buffalo mozzarella. A widespread belief says that in june 1889 the pizzalolo raffaele Esposito, pizzeria brandi's chef, invented a dish called "pizza margherita" in honor of the queen of Italy, margherita of savoy, and the Italian unification, since topping are tomato, mozzarella and basil.

Ingredients:-
1/2 medium Garlic clove
roasted tomatoes
olive oil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/3 to 1/4 cup pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
basil leaves
salt to taste

Directions:-
1. First of all cut the garlic into a few rough pieces. after bland the garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, oregano and salt in a blender. 
2. When oven is ready, dust a pizza peal with cornmeal or semolina flour. take the pizza base and spread a thin layer of the pizza sauce over the dough. add mozzarella cheese. top with a thin layer of fresh grated parmesan cheese and few pinch of salt.
3. Use the peel carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone. Bake the pizza until the cheese and crust are nicely browned, about 5 to 7 minutes in the oven. Allow the pizza to cool for a minute or two before adding the basil on top.
4. slice into pieces and serve immediately.

2. Paneer Pizza



Ingredients:-
chopped onion
1 chopped Capsicum
chopped tomato
chopped garlic
oil
tandoori masala
sugar
100 grams paneer cottage cheese
ginger garlic paste
red chili powder
red chili sauce
black olives
salt to taste

Directions;-
1. Heat the pan and add garlic and onion and saute it for 2 minutes. after add red bell pepper. saute all the onion becomes translucent and red bell pepper soft.
2. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well, add salt, sugar and tandoori masala mix them well and saute for 2 minutes, keep aside to cool. 
3. In a grinder jar add the cooled mixture and grind to smooth paste. remove paste in the bowl the pizza sauce is ready.
4. Heat another pan and take onion after add green capsicum and sauted for some time. Add ginger garlic paste and saut for a minute.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and add paneer cubes. now, add chili powder, tandoori masala, red chili sauce and salt to taste. Add thick curd and mix well.
6. saute till the water of the curd burns off. stuffing is ready.
7. take the pizza base and spread the pizza sauce over it. place the prepared paneer tikka topping put some black sliced olive over it. put cheese over it.
8. Bake it at 15 minutes. cut into the slice and serve it immediately.

3. Veggie Pizza


Ingredients:-
3/4 pound ground beef chuck
black pepper
ketchup
yellow mustard
baked pizza crust
mozzarella cheese
cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion



1/2 cup pickle slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup sliced tomato
salt to taste

Directions:-
1. Heat the pan over medium flame. cook beef, salt, and pepper in the pan until all vegetable are cooked add red chili powder, yellow mustered, black pepper and salt mix well. and keep aside to cool. 
2. Take the pizza base and ketchup and mustared mix in a bowl and spread vegetable mixture over the pizza base.
3. Spread mozzarella cheese over the mixture and top with beef and onion. Transfer pizza to a large baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheat oven. top with pickles and allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes. top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes before slicing and serving immidiately.

4. Cheese Pizza



Ingredients:-
1/2 cup chopped onion
mayonnaise
ketchup
pizza base
Mozzarella cheese 
cheddar cheese
tomato
pickle chips
black pepper

Directions:-
1. Heat the large non stick over medium heat. Add beef onion and salt to pan cook it for 3 minutes.
2. Combine mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl. stirring with a whisk.
3. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the pizza base, spread beef mixture evenly over mayonnaise mixture sprinkle cheese over beef. 
4. top evenly with tomato slice and pickles, sprinkle evenly with pepper, bake at 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
5. cup pizza into equal parts and serve it.

5. Pepperoni Pizza



Ingredients:-
olive oil
egg whites
1 large egg
3/4 cup lower sodium marinara sauce
mozzarella cheese
2 pounes sliced turkey pepperoni
2 tablespoon fresh parmesan cheese
tomato paste
oregano
dried basil
garlic powder
sugar
salt to taste

Directions:-
1. Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a medium bowl, set aside for flavors to develop while making crust. freeze remaining paste.
2. Combine 2 cups of flour with the dry yeast, sugar and salt. add the water and oil and mix until well blended. Gradually add enough remaining flour slowly, until a soft, sticky dough ball is formed.
3. Knead for about 4 minutes, on a floured surface until dough is smooth and elastic. add more flour, if needed.
4. Divide dough in half pat each half into a 12 inch greased pizza pan or roll dough to fit pans.
5. preheat oven top crust with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
6. Bake for 18 to 20 minute until crust are browned and cheese is bubbly, for best result, rotate pizza pans between top and bottom over racks halfway through baking.
