1. S'Mores Waffles


Ingredients:-
1 can Flaky layers refrigerated original biscuits
4 graham crackers, separated into 8 squares
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:-
1.  Heat Waffle maker.
2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; separate each into 2 layers. Stretch each layer into 4 inch round.
3. Top 1 dough round with 1 graham cracker  with  6 to 7 marshmallows and 6 to 7 chocolate chips. cover s'more filling with another dough round; press around edge to seal. repeat with remaining dough rounds, crackers, marshmallows and chips.
4. Place one filled biscuits on waffle maker. close lid; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. repeat with remaining filled biscuits.
5. serving immediately.

2. Chocolate Waffles with peanut butter sauce


Ingredients:-
- For peanut butter sauce:-
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

- For chocolate bacon waffles:-
1 package bacon
1 cup coco powder
2 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:-
- For peanut butter sauce:-
1. In large heavy bottomed sauce pan, combine all ingredients.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. one mixture starts bubbling. turn heat down so it simmers gently and let it continue cooking for 5 minute to thicken.
3. Keep caramel on low heat until ready to use.

- For chocolate waffles:-
1. Chop bacon and fry in medium skillet until crispy. remove bacon with salted spoon to paper towel-lined plate to drain. set aside.
2. grease waffle iron and plug into preheat. In large mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
3. In separate bowl, whisk together eggs, butter and buttermilk beating 1-2 minutes. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until just combined.  Add in bacon, protein batter into hot water iron and cook until iron stops steaming.
4. If not serving right away, keep on plate in warm oven until ready. serve waffle with peanut butter sauce.

3. Cinnamon Roll waffles


Ingredients:-
Tube pilsbury cinnamon rolls with icing
cooking spray

Directions:-
1. Open container of cinnamon rolls and separate rolls, get glaze aside.
2. Heat waffle maker to medium. Place one cinnamon roll in the center and close the lid. cook 3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and roll is baked through.
3. Remove roll with spatula, transfer to a plate to cool. repeat with remaining rolls.
4. transfer glaze to a microwave safe bowl, heat 10 seconds until smooth. drizzle over warm rolls.

4. Banana Bread Waffle


Ingredients:-
11/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1 cup smashed banana
1/2 cup vegetables oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
unsalted butter

Directions:-
1. Heat a waffle iron to medium-high. whisk together the flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. whisk together the banana oil, sour cream, vanilla and eggs in another bowl. Fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined.
2. Lightly brush the top and bottom of the waffle iron with oil. Fil each section about three-quarters of the way full. Close and cook until the waffles are golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Keep the waffles warm in the oven.
3. Spread with butter and dust with confectioners sugar if you'd like.

5. Coconut Raspberry Waffles


Ingredients:-
1 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup fresh raspberries

- For coconut whipped cream:-
1 can full fat cook coconut milk
1 tablespoon powder sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:-
1. In a bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla, eggs, and coconut oil. pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
3. Pour the waffle butter into a hot waffle iron. Make all the waffles and keep warm in a 200 degree f oven.
4. To make the coconut whipped cream, scoop the top thick layer of coconut milk into the bowl of stand mixer. Discard the coconut water. with the whisk attachment, beat the coconut milk on high speed until the mixture turns to liquid about 20 seconds. Add in the powder sugar and vanilla mix on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until creamy.
5. Serve the waffle with coconut whipped cream.

6. Sweet Potato Waffles


Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cups peeled sweet potatoes
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 egg whites
1 cup milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
vegetable spray

Directions:-
1. Put cubed sweet potatoes in a steamer basket. Place the basket in a large pot of simmering water that is no closer than 2 inches from the bottom of steamer. Allow potato to steam for 20 minutes. mash cooked potato and set aside.
2. In a bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
3. In another bowl combine the sweet potatoes, milk, brown sugar, butter, and grated orange rind. stir the sweet potato mixture into the flour mixture and thoroughly combine. Gradually fold egg whites into batter 1/3 at a time. The batter will be thick. 
4. Serve it immediately.

7. Red Velvet Waffle


Ingredients:-
1 box Red velvet cake
4 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
cooking spray
4 tablespoon cream chees
2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:-
1. Preheat waffle maker on medium heat.
2. In a large bowl mix, cake , eggs. and 2 cups milk. 
3. In a medium bowl combine cream chees, powdered sugar, and remaining milk. mix it until smooth. Add more powdered sugar for a thicker glaze.
4. Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. pour waffle iron and cook until done about 5-6 minutes.
5. Plate waffle and drizzle over cream chees glaze. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and serve.

8. Vanilla Cake Waffle


ingredients:-
1 box golden cloud vanilla cake
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk

- To serve:-
vanilla ice cream
maple syrup
fresh berries

Directions:-
1. In a bowl combine the vanilla cake, eggs , oil, and milk and whisk until smooth.
2. Spray a waffle pan with cooking spray and ladle in the batter.
3. Close the waffle iron and allow the cook until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.
4. Carefully remove the waffles.
5. Top with ice cream, syrup, berries and serve.

9. Coffee waffles


Ingredients:-
1 3/4 cups oil- purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup vegetables oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon instant coffee
ice cream and caramel sauce

Directions:-
1. Preheat waffle iron stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, whisk milk, vegetable oil, egg, vanilla and instant coffee. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients. Whisk until combined.
2. Mist waffle iron lightly with cooking spray. Usually about 1/2 cup, into waffle iron, close and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. 
3. Allow waffle iron a minute to heat up, then repeat with remaining batter. mist iron with cooking spray as needed between batches, serve with ice cream and caramel sauce if desired.

10. Apple Cider Waffle


Ingredients:-
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg
1 cup apple cider

Directions:-
1. Preheat waffle iron and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Whisk all dry ingredients together and add egg and apple cider. Whisk until well- combined.
3. Pour into waffle iron and prepare according to waffle iron instructions.
4. Remove from waffle iron when baked throughout and serve them.
