1. Chicken Sizzler

ingredients:-
500 grams chicken
1 chopped onion
3 teaspoon maida
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
100 grams sliced mushroom
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chilly sauce 
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon oil

Directions:-
1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.

2. Add onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add mushrooms & maida.

3. Brown well. Add salt, pepper, chilly sauce, chicken, wine &water.

4. Mix well. Lower heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or till chicken tenders.

5. Increase heat and cook till gravy/ or sauce is thick.

Accompaniments:-
1. Take four tomatoes and grill them in the grill or on a hot tawa. Steam cabbage,  cauliflower &beans.

2. In a non stick pan cook 2 large sliced onions with 4 tablespoon worcester sauce till onion becomes tender. 

3. Now its ready for serve on hot sizzler plate.

2. Dragon chicken

Ingredients:-
500 grams chicken
100 grams baby corn
1 diced onion
1 green bell pepper
2 diced carrot
1 whole egg
salt to taste
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoon corn flour
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 cup Schezwan sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
sunflower oil, as required to fry the chicken
1 teaspoon sugar

For sauteed Vegetables:-
6 button diced mushrooms
4 Asparagus
1 diced carrot
1 peeled and diced onion
ginger
garlic
2 fresh chilies
1 tablespoon oil
white pepper powder
salt, to taste
2 cup fried rice
french fries

Direction:-
1. To begin making the dragon chicken sizzler recipe, make the burnt garlic chicken fried rice. Next in a mixing bowl, add chicken along with ginger, garlic, egg, salt, red chili flakes and corn flour. Mix everything well and keep it aside to marinate.

2. Next, Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add onion, capsicum, baby corn, carrots and saute them till they are a little soft yet crunchy. This will take about 2-3 minutes. keep it aside.

3. Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken. Fry it from all the sides. This will take about 5 to 6 minutes.

4. Again heat some oil in heavy bottomed pan, and add garlic, ginger, red chilies and let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.

5. After add in the schezwan sauce, sugar, tomato ketchup everything well for about a minute and our chicken is ready. 

6. The next step is to make the vegetables sizzler. Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, red chilies and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. After that add in the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes till the water dries up.

7. After add carrot, asparagus, onions, salt and white pepper powder. Cook everything till vegetables become soft. Now, to assemble, burnt garlic chicken fries rice in the center, add the dragon vegetables on both the sides and french frise with vegetables.

8. Serve it in hot sizzling plate.

3.  Honey Mustard Chicken sizzler

Ingredients:-
2 pcs chicken breasts
3 tablespoon whole grain mustard powder
3 tablespoon dijon mustard 
4-5 teaspoon honey
2-3 tablespoon oil
Rosemary sprigs
1.5 cup parboiled assorted vegetables
2 tablespoon butter
salt to taste
creamy mustard potatoes

Directions:-
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing half the mustard powder, half of honey, salt and pepper. Rub the chicken on both side and keep aside for 30 minutes.

2. While the chicken is marinate, prepare the sauce by whisking the whole grain mustard, dijon mustard, a bit of rosemary, honey a bit of chicken stock. 

3. Add the butter in a pan and stir fry the vegetables. Sprinkle salt and keep aside. After prepare creamy mustard potatoes and keep aside.

4. Heat the pan add oil and now marinate chicken breasts. cook them till golden brown and remove it on a plate. After that in the same pan prepare honey mustard sauce mixture, let the thicken a bit and remove from pan.

5. Heat the sizzler tray. season them with 1/2 tsp oil, sprinkle a bit water. Arrange the try by lining them with lettuce leaves, add a nice dollop of creamy mashed potatoes, stir fry veggies, lay the chicken pieced and pour the sauce so that the sizzling begins.

4.  Schezwan Chicken sizzler

Ingredients:-
1 chicken breasts
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
3 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 whole egg

For gravy:-
1 inch chopped ginger
1 tablespoon sweet and spicy red chili
tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon roasted tomato pasta sauce
2 tablespoon red chili sauce
3 chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
salt

For grilled vegetables:-
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 carrot
1/4 cup broccoli
8 green beans
olive oil
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
salt

For noodles:-
200 grams hakka noodles
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3 chopped green chilies
2 teaspoon black pepper powder
salt

For garnish:-
chopped spring onion
2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions:-
1. To begin making schezwan chicken sizzler, in a bowl combine the chicken pieces with dark soy sauce, Corn flour powder, wheat flour and ginger garlic paste. Give it a good stir and add the cubed chicken pieces.

2. Make sure all the chicken pieces are coated properly and let it rest for 15 minutes.

3. Heat the pan and drizzle some olive oil. Sprinkle each of the vegetables with salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables until tender and lightly charred all over, about 8 to 10 minutes for the bell peppers.

4. Once the chicken is marinated, it is time to fry it. Heat the fry pan and pour in oil. fry the chicken pieces till they start looking crispy on the outer side.

5. In order to make schezwan chicken heat up some oil in a wok. saute chopped ginger and spring onion greens together till it becomes fragrant. Add green chilies, chopped onion and let it cooked till the onion becomes translucent.

6. After mix in soy sauce, schezwan sauce, white vinegar, red chili sauce, black pepper powder and salt.

7. Add quarter cup of water and let it cook on slow heat for about 5-7 minutes till the gravy thickens.

8. In the end we have to cook the noodles. So heat some oil in pan and add spring onion into it. saute it for few seconds.

9. Add the boil noodles, chopped green chilies, soy sauce, white vinegar and give it a good stir. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt into the noodles and mix it well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

10. Put the sizzler plate for heating on direct flame. put noodles and schezwan chicken on the hot plate. Arrange the grilled vegetables on the top and sides of the plate. Garnish it with spring onion greens and white sesame seeds.

5.  Continental Chicken sizzler

Ingredients:-
2 chicken breasts
6-8 cloves garlic
2-3 baby corn
1 medium size carrot
3-4 button mushrooms
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 chopped onion
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1-1/2 cups fresh made brown sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, to taste
2 cups ready french fries
1 cup cooked fried rice
schezwan fried rice 
2-3 fresh, whole cabbage leaves


Directions:-
1. Mix little bit of salt and black pepper powder in a bowl. Marinate the chicken breast in prepares spice mixture and keep aside.

2. Heat little bit of olive oil in a pan and sead the chicken pieces on both side very well. Allow the chicken to cook on a low flame.

3. Again 1 tablespoon olive oil in another frying pan and add all the spices. toss them very well by adding salt and black pepper powder. cook and keep aside.

4. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan saute garlic and onion very well. Add seasoning and brown sauce. cook till and set aside.

5. Heat the sizzler plate and place it on the wooden base. Arrange all fresh cabbage leaves over it and place the cooked chicken breasts on any one side.

6. Now arrange the saute vegetables besides the chicken. also place franch fries and fried rice beside the vegetables.

7. pour the prepared sauces over and serve immediately to enjoy restaurant style cintinental chicken sizzler.
